Loki - There Are No Men Like Me III

So I finally made a white-haired Loki for the new year, & it actually looks better than I thought it would. The white hair I mean. But then I guess Tom can sport any hair colour & still look gorgeous.

I referenced the top hair & braid from a Legolas still & added a second braid. The rest of the hair is freestyle, Legolas' was a bit too straight & not full enough for my taste to adopt. I only chose his reference in fact because Thor is having braids in The Dark World, & NOT because of 'Legolas'. Loki might in fact too sport braids, who knows. (No he didn't, alas.) 

Though the face is referenced from a Tom portrait I'm sure many will recognise, & was the best to use for this rendition, I'll attribute this purely digital work to Loki, simply for the use of my own Samurai-style armour I colour-toned to go with the overall bluish/violet tinge. I gave him dark-blue eyes this time, with a lot of shine & extra reflection. I wanted to infuse the background with pure white light again I love (doing), but then the extra-luminous white hair would have merged with it without contrast, so I added a bit of faint purple.

I had the same problems titling this as with this one admiraldemoy.deviantart.com/ar… so I titled it the same, but then again this time it fits better. There are no men like Loki, indeed. Or Tom. No matter the hair colour.

And NO, this is not supposed to be an 'elf version' of Loki or 'Legolas with Tom's face', just white-haired Loki no matter the Legolas reference. No elven ears. NB: Please do NOT tag this under Legolas or elves etc., this is NOT Elf Loki, no matter how much you'd like him to be. I found this under all sorts of 'Hobbit' & 'elf' references, stripped of all links & title on obscure sites, FB & even on Tumblr, despite posting my work there myself. DO NOT strip my work of references to DA or Loki to make it appear 'elven', or at least be so good to copy in a proper link/title, no matter where you found it. It HAS a name & full DA reference after all.
